• End lap corrosion repaired – Corroded roof laps were cleaned, treated, and resealed to prevent water ingress and further deterioration.

• Ridge sheets corrected – Existing ridge sections were removed where necessary and reinstalled correctly to eliminate gaps and leaks.
• Solar panels removed and refitted – All solar panels were carefully dismantled to allow for roof repairs, then refitted and fully tested to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Fault finding and solar system repair – Identified faults within the solar array were corrected, restoring full system functionality.
• Extractor fan adjustment – A large extractor fan causing condensation issues was removed and refitted with new roof sheets, eliminating the moisture problem and improving airflow.
