The work involved removing the old decking and levelling out the ground before laying porcelain tiles and installing wooden sleepers around the patio and planting areas.

The whole project took a couple of weeks to complete and the team did a great job throughout. They were friendly, approachable and easy to have around, and clearly took pride in getting everything finished properly.

The patio has completely transformed the garden and we’re really happy with the quality of the workmanship and how everything has turned out. We’d definitely recommend TessCon to anyone considering a new patio or similar landscaping work.

We originally arranged a small repair with another company, but on the first day they told us the job would need to be much larger and quoted an extremely high price. Feeling unsure, we looked for another option — and we’re so glad we did.

This roofing company provided a far more reasonable quote and were honest from the start about what needed to be done. They completed the work in a timely manner, listened carefully to what we wanted, and kept us fully informed throughout. They also provided clear photos of all the work completed and explained both what was required and what had been done, which gave us real peace of mind.

- They were polite and professional.
- Their pricing was fair - I did have other quotations so could compare.
- They were punctual - the first time I've ever had tradespeople show up at the time they said they would.
- They didn't try and sell me a new roof like other tradespeople.
- I needed a repair and their repaired it for me.

We are a very busy community centre with many vunerable users. As we have solar panels on the rear roof these needed to be taken off before the investigation on what was required to fix the problem. Once some of the tiles had been removed it was apparent it was going to be a big job. Rich took loads of pictures so we were well informed about the state of the roof.

We decided to get the whole roof replaced rather than save a little money but run the risk of further issues.

We agreed on a price which was very reasonable and also agreed a schedule for the works to take place. Everyone who worked on the roof was polite and friendly especially Max worked on the roof everyday.

The weather affected the schedule a little but that's not in our or the workers hands.
