I am happy with Tess Contractors and will use them again for sure. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago regarding my Garage Roof Leak and they responding promptly. - They were polite and professional. - Their pricing was fair - I did have other quotations so could compare. - They were punctual - the first time I've ever had tradespeople show up at the time they said they would. - They didn't try and sell me a new roof like other tradespeople. - I needed a repair and their repaired it for me. They did such a good job - I don't usually have positive experiences but glad I found them.

Tess Roofing (Rich and Team) have been working on our community building, completed a huge amount of work to stop leaks and weather proof the roof for the future. We are a very busy community centre with many vunerable users. Rich and has team were extremely considerate working around our schedules and supplying full details of the work for us to report back to the council. Highly recommend.

We engaged with Tess contractors (not for the first time) as we had water coming through our bedroom ceiling above the window. As we have solar panels on the rear roof these needed to be taken off before the investigation on what was required to fix the problem. Once some of the tiles had been removed it was apparent it was going to be a big job. Rich took loads of pictures so we were well informed about the state of the roof. We decided to get the whole roof replaced rather than save a little money but run the risk of further issues. We agreed on a price which was very reasonable and also agreed a schedule for the works to take place. Everyone who worked on the roof was polite and friendly especially Max worked on the roof everyday. The weather affected the schedule a little but that's not in our or the workers hands. When the job was completed everything was left clean and tidy.

We had a great experience with Tess Contractors for the repairs on our industrial roof. They were extremely professional throughout. The team clearly explained the problems, combining overcladding and repair work, and documented everything with detailed photos. Their quote was clear, concise, and gave us various options, so we knew exactly what to expect. They showed up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully updated on the progress. After the work was completed, they provided photos and videos, which was a great way to see the finished job. We highly recommend them—they were very helpful and reliable.

Tess were one of four companies who quoted us for roofing work. All were from verified agencies but still be careful. Three we'd contact again, the other definitely not. The whole experience went incredibly smoothly from the scaffolding arriving on the first Monday; work starting an the Tuesday and finishing on the Friday and the the scaffolding removed on the second Monday morning. Communication was excellent throughout. Richard did the organisational side and Peter (and his mate) did the roofing. As it's a large roof, nearly 120 years old, we'd anticipated there would be additional work needed. We agreed a mutually acceptable price. The weather was kind and Peter didn't hang about as he scampered here, there and everywhere! At the end of each day they tidied up and all waste was removed on the last day. Peter took numerous photos before, during and after the job and invited me up the scaffolding to see the work as it progressed so we were as well informed as we could be. They were very professional as well as being accommodating at all times. We'd definitely recommend people to get them to quote you for any roofing work you need doing.

Having posted my Dads flat roof replacement on rated people, Rich was quick to submit an indicative quote and follow up with a site visit. The communication from Rich and the team was excellent and they completed the job efficiently and in a timely manner.
