We recently completed a full garden renovation for a homeowner in Solihull B91, transforming a tired outdoor space into a clean, functional and visually striking garden.
This project involved more than just a patio – it was a full revamp designed for long-term use and low maintenance.
The Project
The client wanted to refresh their garden and create a more usable outdoor living space. We started by removing an old greenhouse and lifting the previous patio. In its place, we installed a new, buff-toned block paving patio that adds warmth and practicality to the garden.
As part of the full renovation, we also:
- Removed the existing greenhouse
- Took up and replaced the old patio with new block paving
- Built a raised sleeper flower bed for added greenery and structure
- Installed ACO drains for proper water management and drainage
- Completed damp proof injections to protect the property’s foundation
The result is a fresh, well-structured garden that’s both functional and stylish – perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying year-round.
